Dr. Cecelia Konchar-Farr is not only the dean of the College of Liberal and Creative Arts, but she\u2019s also a teacher, writer, and person. Join Scott Heath for part three of his four-part passionately vocal series. In part A, Dr. Konchar-Farr dives into her background. She discusses how she got into writing, some challenges she faces in the writing process, and how she keeps motivated during writing. She discusses her time in college and why she chose to get a PHD. Finally, she reveals a fun fact about herself. In part B, she discusses her time at West Liberty. She talks about how she got hired as the Dean of the College of Liberal and Creative Arts and why she chose West Liberty. She talks about what a dean does and why her college is important.
