For the 4th and final episode premiering December 5th, 2024 of the well-known series here on WGLZ 91.5fm named,\u201d passionately vocal\u201d; we met up with Abby Adams, and she in interviewing a art professor who is the director of the nutting gallery, also one of the departures of media and visual arts here at West Liberty University: Brian Fencl.<\/span><\/p>\n

Abby starts off this interview with the origins of Professor Fencl by how he has always wanted to pursue a career in the art after being inspired by many of his family members who are also artist themself with his biggest inspiration being his uncle, and he use to love the artworks of comic books and when he came to West Liberty university; he has taught many traditional art class such as painting as well as drawing classes.<\/span><\/p>\n

And the 2nd to final part of this interview, Abby and professor Fencl speak about this experiences at WLU and even about his artworks outside of being in higher education, fo example: Fencl speaks about his experience with working with clients all over the country on illustration sketches, hotel paintings, and even a Mural painting that is over 170 ft long in Beech bottom near the Ohio River. This shows you that it is very important to spread your wings by exploring the different projects outside of your main occupation with the skills in your career field and whatever that may be to show the world your works you\u2019ve done throughout the years.<\/span><\/p>\n
