Dinara is an exchange student from Russia in WLU for one year. She lived in a small Gorno-Altaysk town which located in Siberia and that’s why she likes winter sport activities such as skating and skiing. Her hometown is famous for its nature and picturesque mountain landscapes and every summer Dinara works as guide and instructor for tourists. They climb mountains, ride horses and raft on rivers. She loves nature, animals and hiking. Dinara studied at Omsk Technical State University and her major was Tourism and Event Management. America always was something unreal for Dinara and she even couldn’t dream about it! But her main hobby- learning languages, especially English helped her to get scholarship for studying in Eastern Europe in Bulgaria, Sofia for one semester, and then in America! Now she is sure that all dreams come become true if you will work on it. What about her career aspirations, she always wanted to work for big international organizations, such as UNESCO and be an ambassador in UN from my home region. College radio is very interesting and challenging opportunity for Dinara. She never had this experience before and she see it as her chance to improve her communication skills, gain valuable knowledge and try something completely new!
