Devan Schrack is a Digital Media Design major at West Liberty University,
where she is beginning her second year of college. Originally from the small town of
Cameron, West Virginia. Her creativity and love for the arts have played an important
role in her decision to pursue a degree in Digital Media Design. Outside of her studies,
Devan has several hobbies and interests that allow her to express her creativity. She
loves shopping, painting, and riding her horses. Painting gives her an opportunity to
explore her artistic side, while riding horses allows her to spend time outdoors and enjoy
one of her favorite activities.
As she continues her education at West Liberty University, Devan hopes to gain new
experiences and develop skills that will help her prepare for her future career. One of
her goals after graduation is to pursue her passion for photography. She hopes to turn
her creativity and interest in visual art into a career where she can capture moments
through photographs. Her studies in Digital Media Design will give her the opportunity to
strengthen her understanding of design, technology, and visual communication, all of
which can contribute to her future work as a photographer. Another goal Devan has for
her time in college is to become more confident in using her voice. She hopes to
improve her communication and public-speaking skills so that she can feel comfortable
expressing her ideas and opinions in a variety of professional situations.
