Larry Ritter assumed his current position in September of 1985, and his headquarters are located in Columbus, Ohio.
As President of Rax Restaurants, Inc., he is responsible for all operating functions of the corporation, including over 500 company-owned and franchised units in 38 states. Total system revenues in 1988 were n excess of $123,000,000.
Prior to his present position, he was Executive Vice President of Franchising at Rax for seven years. He was with IBM Corporation for over eleven years prior to his move to Rax.
Mr. Ritter is a graduate of Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics. In 1967, he earned the M.B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of Citizens Federal Savings and Loan, The Wellington School, and Beverage Management Corporation. He is also actively involved with the Central Ohio Lung Association and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
Mr. Ritter is married and the father of two daughters.
