WLU track and field travels to take on Kent State

The West Liberty Men’s and Women’s Track and Field team will be heading up to Kent State University on February 16. The Toppers have jumped off to a very hot start early into the season with multiple players setting school records.

West Liberty’s baseball season opens on Friday

The West Liberty University baseball team will start its season this week, as they travel south to take on Erskine College in Due West, S.C. Opening day will be this Friday at 2:30 p.m., with a single nine inning game. The Hilltoppers will stay in Due West to play the Flying Fleet two more times on Saturday. The first game is scheduled to start at noon and the second game of the double header is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m.

MAD Festival returns to the hilltop for the 19th year

The West Liberty University’s annual MAD Festival will take place on WLU campus on Friday, April 12, 2019. The competition is open for submissions between Jan. 14 and March 1, 2019.

West Liberty will then travel to take on Urbana this weekend in a Mountain East Conference match-up. The match against Urbana University will be this Friday starting at 6 p.m.
