Most people can remember growing up and watching the famed television show Full House which aired September 22, 1987. For those who don’t know, Full House is a sitcom created by Jeff Franklin for ABC. The show chronicles a widowed father, who enlists his best friend and his brother-in-law to help raise his three daughters.

The series became very popular despite facing some backlash during the first couple seasons for it being ‘too cheesy.’ In 1994, Candace Cameron Bure (D.J. Tanner) was awarded the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Award for Favorite Television Actress. The series ended on May 23, 1995, broadcasting a total of 8 seasons and 192 episodes. In 2004, John Stamos (Uncle Jesse Katsopolis) won a TV Land award for the Best Elvis Impersonation.
