Senior Capstone Collection A Huge Success

This semester, three senior WLU journalism students (Tara Adamczyk, Nathan Johnson, and Katie Ralbusky) focused their senior project on domestic violence. As part of the project, they did a service project where they collected personal care items for victims of domestic violence.

SGA meeting further discusses building closures on campus

West Liberty’s SGA held a meeting on April 21 in the Alumni Room to discuss the closures of three buildings on campus: Shotwell Hall, Annex, and College Hall. These buildings have been scheduled to close this fall.

National Poetry Month

All people have read poetry at some point in their lives, from Edgar Allen Poe’s “The Raven” to simple children’s poems. Not everyone may know that April is actually National Poetry Month. However, what some people may not understand is just how long poetry has existed.
