The West Liberty University Theatre’s production of A Christmas Carol: Scrooge and Marley is proving to be an extremely popular production. Originally, there were two school time matinees planned but a third was added after the first two were booked within the first week of advertising. The new matinee sold out (300 seats) in less than a day. In addition, two months before the play, the Theatre Program had reservations from two touring companies and a large group from Wheeling – reserving over 250 seats for the public performances.
The Theatre Program has started to advertise the show and is currently taking reservations for this production that should prove to be a holiday gift to the region. Anyone interested in bringing their loved ones to this play should call the Box Office immediately and make a reservation before it is too late.
