Mykaela Davis

My name is Mykaela Davis and I come from a very small town known as St. Marys, West Virginia. I graduated from Marshall University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in science in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Pre-med and a minor in Psychology. At that time, I was not sure of the path I wanted to follow and continued my education receiving my Master’s of Science degree in Health Leadership from the University of Charleston in 2020. Since then, I got married to the love of my life in May of 2021. I have worked various jobs and found my love for the PA profession, giving me the opportunity to work in various specialties and give back to my community.  I was interested in the West Liberty University PA program because of the small class size and rural environment, which reminds me of my hometown. The road to PA school has been humbling, challenging, and a blessing in disguise.  I would not be where I am today without my support system, my husband, my family, and my closest friends. As I continue this profession I look forward to giving back to my community, helping those in need, and keeping my eyes and heart invested in God to get me to the end.
