West Liberty University officials have released the names of those slated to receive degrees at the Dec. 10 commencement ceremony on campus. One hundred and forty-three students are expected to complete graduation requirements. Forty-six will be completing Bachelor of Arts degrees, 92 will be completing Bachelor of Science degrees and five will earn their Master of Arts in Education degrees.
