The 50th Anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s visit to West Liberty University during the 1960 primary was celebrated Monday, April 19th, 2010.

The event will included a reenactment as JFK scholar Brian Hilton delivered a speech similar to the one that John F. Kennedy delivered on the campus of then West Liberty State College half-a-century ago.

The reenactment was followed by a luncheon in the Boyle Conference room of the ASRC.  West Liberty University graduate Dr. Norman Moyes (Professor Emeritus at Boston University) and former State Senator Thais Blatnik addressed the luncheon in addition to Mr. Hilton’s presentation.
