West Liberty University President Robin C. Capehart will confer degrees to 167 students during the fall commencement on Saturday, December 11. Ceremonies will begin at 11 a.m. in the Academic Sports and Recreation Complex.
Mr. Randolph Worls, CEO of the Oglebay Foundation, will deliver the Commencement address.
Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. for guest seating.
The graduating student with the highest grade point average in each respective college will carry their college banners.
