West Liberty University Recognizes Retirees

WEST LIBERTY, W.Va., June 28, 2017 — Saying goodbye is always bittersweet but for retirees it carries with it the reward of a job well done.

“We are grateful to our longtime employees who have served the university and the state of West Virginia well and we wish them all the best in retirement,” said President Stephen Greiner at an all-campus reception held in their honor in the R. Emmett Boyle Conference Center recently.

As of June 13, 2017, West Liberty University had 269 employees, which includes faculty and staff, both full and part time.

A four-year public university steeped in a rich heritage as West Virginia’s oldest institution of higher education, West Liberty University offers nearly 70 undergraduate majors and 30 programs.
