The West Liberty University Highlands Center plays host to the University’s BLA Program. The BLA Program (BACHELOR OF ARTS IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION) is a degree completion program geared for the nontraditional student that has completed some college credit.
The new website was structured to give students and the community easier access to pertinent information needed on the program. “The new site will make it easier for those thinking about going back to college and finishing their bachelor’s degree and to access all the information they need to start their decision-making process,” explains Crystal Lorimor, Coordinator for the BLA Program and Continuing Education.
