Institutional Advancement Seeks Greater Efficiency

Share

West Liberty University Vice President of Institutional Advancement Jason Koegler announced recently a move to greater efficiency. Beginning July 1, 2014, both Angela Zambito Hill and Tammi Secrist became executive directors, with additional supervisory duties.

Hill is supervising development and Secrist marketing, respectively.

“I sought this structure to make our team more effective and capable of responding to the ongoing challenges of higher education. With more to do and less state funding, we must be responsive in a sure and speedy way. This structure will empower our team to work better,” said Koegler.

Also working in development, under the supervision of Hill, is Alumni Director Shane Stack, Development Consultant Jay Frey, Development Assistant Linda McKee, Hilltopper Athletic Club Officer Ed Pastilong and Intern Levi Smith.

Working in marketing, under the supervision of Secrist, is Creative Director/Webmaster Whitney Inkster, Media Relations Director Maureen Zambito, Web Assistant Samantha Wilson and Interns Kacie Murray and Richard Tyler.

The mission of the West Liberty University Office of Institutional Advancement is to sustain and enhance efforts toward reaching the university’s mission: to provide an opportunity for a high-quality undergraduate, graduate and professional education; thus positively impacting the local community, the region and the state of West Virginia.

Its office is located on the third floor of historic Shaw Hall administrative building. For more information, please call 304-336-8888.
