Honors Music Recital Showcases Five Students

WEST LIBERTY, W.Va., April 28, 2015 — West Liberty University College of Arts and Communication’s Division of Music will hold its annual Honors Recital at 5 p.m., Sunday, May 3 in Elbin Auditorium, College Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.

“The annual Honors Recital celebrates and represents some of the finest musical talents in WLU’s Division of Music. Student performers are selected for the Honors Recital through a competitive audition and I’m sure that the audience will enjoy these performances,” said Dr. Gerald Lee, professor of piano.

Students to perform in the 2015 Honors Recital include:

The Division of Music at West Liberty University offers undergraduate degrees in music education, music performance and music technology. Among its many ensembles are University Chorus, Wind Ensemble, Chamber Choir, Percussion Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, and The Hilltopper Marching Band.
