The public is invited to a free concert performed by Grammy Award-winning opera star Faith Esham at West Liberty University’s Elbin Auditorium on Sunday, April 10 at 3 p.m.

“Faith Esham is truly an artist of international stature,” said Gerald Lee, coordinator of the WLU Concert Series.   “She performed a stunning concert here at West Liberty a few years ago, so we are all delighted to have her back for another performance.  Concert goers will not want to miss this gorgeous program featuring the works of Mozart, Schubert, Duparc, as well as captivating pieces from the 20th-century American song repertoire.”

Having collaborated with some of the most distinguished conductors of our time in both opera and concert. Not only has Esham performed with the New York City Opera, she has been central to opera productions in Vienna, Paris, Cologne and Geneva.
