Del M. Beard Next Visitor for WLU Financial Planning Series

For the fourth session of West Liberty University’s 2010 Financial Planning Seminar Series titled “Financial Planning in Uncertain Times”, insurance executive Del M. Beard with the Paull Agency in Wheeling will deliver the seminar Homeowners Insurance – Insuring Your Property for the Correct Amount Thursday, July 15, at 7:00 p.m.

Beard obtained his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1995 and has worked with United States Fidelity and Casualty Guaranty Company (USF&G) as a commercial property and casualty underwriter servicing many agencies throughout West Virginia.  Beard additionally worked as an account executive for Acordia Insurance in Parkersburg for twelve years.

An experienced seminar speaker, Beard is an instructor for many insurance schools and has conducted educational courses on insurance and other financial related matters in 36 states.

“We are fortunate to have a nationally known insurance executive like Del Beard as part of our financial planning series,” commented Ron Witt, Director of Planned Giving at West Liberty University. “His talks have been known to be very informative and interesting.”
