Day of Giving 2022 Best Yet

WEST LIBERTY, W.Va., April 7, 2022 — The West Liberty University Foundation enjoyed the support of campus, loyal alumni, donors and friends as it completed a successful Day of Giving 2022.

“Yesterday was an amazing day to be a Hilltopper! In partnership with the entire campus, the WLU Foundation raised over $280,000 to support many different academic and athletic programs,” said WLU Foundation President Angie Zambito Hill. “Our outstanding team effort resulted in the most successful Day of Giving in our history.”

These programs will receive additional WLU Foundation funds to support their programs, in recognition for their hard work and success.

Targeted mailings, emails and phone call campaigns, in addition to traditional social media and personal outreach was part of the effort to bring in the important private dollars in support of West Liberty University’s mission.
