You must attend your assigned testing date for each month in September, October, and November. If you are unable to attend your testing date, you can attend another date during that month.
If you are unable to be on campus, you can also test elsewhere during that month. Please upload a copy of this test result to the Student Health Portal Login (studenthealthportal.com) and notify Student Health Services by calling 304-336-8049, or email cbennington@westliberty.edu.
You are required to be tested monthly. Failure to do so will be a violation of our Student Code of Conduct.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 since June 8, 2021, please contact Student Health Services at 304-336-8049.
If you are taking classes 100% remote, and will not be on campus at all during the fall 2021 semester, you can complete the Remote Confirmation Form. You would then be exempt from testing. Please click on this link: Fall 2021 Remote Coursework Confirmation Form.
