A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTERN

Share

What are you doing this summer?

Working a summer job, vacationing with your families or just chilling-out after a long year of hitting the books? Ever think about doing an internship and getting some practical experience in your chosen field? Some WLU students are doing just that, and one in particular, has decided to go abroad and do an internship in London, England!

Jessica Crighton, a Digital Media Design major, is interning through the WLU Washington Center Internship Program. She  received her internship with the Metropolis Group, the most successful independent recording and production facility in Europe.

If you would like to know what a day in the life of an intern is like, you can follow Jessica’s Blog by going to twc.edu/blogs and clicking on her name.

Follow Jessica’s experiences as an intern and learn about some of her cultural experiences. While you are visiting this site you can also follow the experiences of other students who are interning in Sydney, Australia or others who chose to work in Washington, D.C.

If this sounds interesting contact Beverly Burke, the campus liaison to The Washington Center for Internships. Burke can be reached at 304-336-8004 or burkebev@westliberty.edu.
