The Emerging Minority Business Leaders (EMBL) Program opened on Sunday, June 13th and runs through Saturday, June 26th on the main campus of West Liberty University. West Liberty University will host a Financial Planning Seminar Series titled “Financial Planning in Uncertain Times” over a period that includes seven Thursdays in June, July and August at WLU’s Highlands Center.
