The 2019 Mini-Con was Thursday, November 21

The 2019 Mini-Con was focused on Producers from Pittsburgh and the Ohio Valley.

The Music Tech Mini-Con is a miniature conference which brings students (high school and college) together with professionals in the fields of music production, audio recording, live sound, and music composition. The event features demonstrations, workshops, and panel discussions related to careers, hardware, software, techniques, and more. Hosted by WLU’s Music Technology program, the event is free and open to the public. If you’re interested in using technology to make a career in music, this event is for you!

2019 Special Guests:
Sean McDonald is a producer from Pittsburgh, PA. He has worked with Wynton Marsalis, Jewel, Tres Lads, The Clarks, Mercury, Gene The Werewolf, Grapevine, Toyota, Mello Yello, American Giant, Bo-Rics, Joe Zelek, Jim Donovan, Michael Glabicki, Live At The World Café, Sinead OConnor, and many more.
Rick Witkowski is a guitarist, song-writer, producer, movie and television music scorer, recording engineer, and studio owner. Nationally he is known for his scores for the Oscar winning film Inocente as well as Nickelodeon and VH-1. Rick is the guitarist for the annual B.E. Taylor Christmas show and the guitarist and song writer with the band Crack the Sky.
Mike Ofca owns and operates Innovation Studios in Steubenville, OH. He is a freelance guitarist who just finished a tour with The Stickers.
