The West Liberty University Concert Choir and Chamber Orchestra will be performing Handel’s celebrated oratorio “The Messiah” on December 4th, 2011 at Vance Church in Wheeling, WV. The program will begin at 3pm and is free and open to the public. This performance is produced in collaboration with Vance Church and the Arts and Ideas program.
