Senior Digital Media Design student Sam Starkey is featured in a Wheeling News- Intelligencer article about his contribution to the city’s “Pocket Park.” Working with the Wheeling Arts Commission Sam created the mural on the wall of a building located in the 1100 block of Main Street.
