Urban Intervals by Michael Pomerantz

The colorful urban landscapes of Michael Pomerantz go on display in the Nutting Gallery at West Liberty University.  The subject matter of Michael’s paintings may be the urban and residential landscape, but the main focus is color. The intensity of color, the organization of shapes and subtle temperature shifts make for vivid paintings that seemed filled with light.

Michael began drawing and painting while studying engineering in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Eventually he earned art degrees from the University of Michigan, Case Western Reserve University and Kent Sate University. The artist currently resides in the Cleveland area and you can view more of his work at https://drippingcolors.com/ or connect with him on Facebook
