Biography
Walters graduated from West Liberty with a Master’s in 2017. During graduate school, she began as a teaching assistant for Dr. Bell. She has taught criminology and tutored students in all criminal justice courses. She also worked as an adjunct professor at West Liberty during the Spring 2018 semester. Kerns is currently working as a Community Based Psychiatric Support Treatment Provider, helping individuals with substance abuse issues and various mental health diagnoses overcome their personal barriers.
