Audio Services RequestAudio Services Request Use this form to request audio support from the Music Program at West Liberty University.West Liberty University Audio Services can provide sound reinforcement equipment (a "PA" system) and personnel to enhance campus activities, meetings, performances, and other events. All equipment and personnel are provided by the Music Technology Program which is housed in the College of Arts and Communication.The basic operational guidelines are:Audio Services will typically be executed by students who are overseen by faculty and staff.All Audio Services requests are subject to availability of both equipment and personnel.Requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the event.Requests for events less than 14 days away will not be supported.A list of external audio professionals, with phone numbers, is available at the end of this form.We do not lend equipment.Thank you for your attention to these terms.
