Wall of Honor Nomination Form

The Alumni Wall of Honor Award is the highest honor the Alumni Association can bestow upon a graduate of West Liberty University. It is awarded to alumni and alumnae who, through their distinction in their chosen career, selfless service to society, dedication and loyalty to the University, exemplify greatness and are worthy of induction.

Nominations may be made by anyone familiar with the candidate and candidates can be living or deceased. The annual deadline for nominations is May 15.

All nominations and accompanying documents are kept in the strictest confidence. If a candidate is not selected in a particular year, he/she may be re-nominated in succeeding years.
