Wilma Mae Baxter Vancamp, of New Martinsville, WV passed away on January 25, 2013 at age 98. She was born on September 1, 1914 in Moundsvile, WV. Wilman graduated from West Liberty College in 1939 and taught in a one-room school house in WV. Most of her teaching was done in Willard, Ohio where she taught for 28 years and another 13 years in West Virginia. She is survived by her two brothers, Ralph Herman Baxter and George Ross Baxter, and her sister Faye Eloise Evans. Also by her sister-in-law Martha Baxter and her 11 nieces and nephews, 20 great-nieces and nephews, and 26 great great nieces and nephews.
