Shirley Dague Beltz, 84 of Bethlehem, passed away Friday, March 22, 2013. Shirley was a 1949 graduate of West Liberty and taught in Ohio County Schools for 29 years with a 10-year interlude as a stay-at-home mom. Shirley was an active square dancer in her earlier years and was a member of the Mount Olivet United Methodist Church.
