Rodney T. “Rod” Berry a 1970 graduate of West Liberty State College passed away March 31, 2013, at Ohio Valley Medical Center. After graduation from WLSC Rod went on to Law School at Virginia University and was senior partner at Berry, Kessler, Crutchfield, Taylor, and Gordon Law Office. Rod also served two terms in the West Virginia House of Delegates. Rod is survived by wife Rite; two sons, John and Devon; two granddaughters Samantha and Sophia; his brother Russell; father-in-law Robert; and several nieces and nephews.
