Robert A. Fehr, Sr. of Bethlehem passed away February 25, 2012, surrounded by his loving family. Robert was a 1952 graduate of West Liberty State College with his bachelor’s degree in education. Robert is a World War II Marine Corps Veteran, who proudly served as a corporal in the United States Air Corps stationed in the South Pacific. Robert also served many years as an officer on the Wheeling Police Department, he then had a long and successful career with the West Virginia Rating Bureau where he served management postitions at the Wheeling and Charleston, WV offices, and then to the Pittsburgh district manager of Insurance Services Offices of Pennsylvania. Robert was an avid golfer and long time member and Elder Emeritus of St. Paul’s Evangelical Church in Wheeling, WV. Bob’s pride and joy were his two grandchildren Chayse and Brittany. Bob is survived by his wife of 64 years Jean A. Try Fehr, his three children Robert, Russell, and Cynthia. He is also survived by his three sisters Margaret, Freda, and Glenna.
