Margaret Isiminger Moninger – 1928

Margaret Isiminger Moninger of New Freeport, Pa. celebrated her 105th birthday on February 4th. She graduated from Hilltop School in 1927 and then received a teaching certification from then West Liberty State Teachers College in 1928.
