Judy Kay McKinley (Miller) a 1965 graduate of West Liberty State College passed away on November 22, 2013. Mrs. McKinley was a school teach for the Wood County Board of Education at Lubeck Elementary School and was a member of the Lynn Street Church of Christ. Judy graduated from West Liberty and West Virginia University with degrees in Home Economics, Education with a Reading Specialist certificate and a Master’s Degree plus 45 additional hours.
