BAKER, Frank Joseph, Jr., 59, of Wheeling, WV, passed away on January 17, 2017 at UPMC Shadyside.
He was born on April 25, 1957 in Wheeling, WV, the son of Patsy and the late Frank Joseph Baker, Sr.
Frank was a graduate of West Liberty State College, West Liberty, WV, where he received his bachelor and business administrative degrees. He spent most of his career as a master bricklayer for Walters Construction Co., Wheeling, WV.
He was a member of The Experience Church in Bridgeport, OH, where he was part of the parking team. He loved his church very much. He also loved to fly his airplane with his best friend Jeff Roberts, and he enjoyed riding motorcycles.
In addition to his father, Frank is preceded in death by his sister, Beth Salatino, and a niece, Shawna Salatino.
Frank is survived by his mother, Patsy E. Miller Baker of Bethlehem, WV; a nephew, Troy Salatino; four cousins, Connie, Bob, Kelly, and Chuck; and a uncle, Charles Miller (Mary Kaye).
