William J. Black IV, a 2003 graduate of WLU where he received his bachelors degree before getting his J.D. from WVU, was recently promoted at Steptoe and Johnson. William practices energy and mineral law specializing in assisting clients with mineral title examinations and opinions. Effective January 1, 2013, ten of the firm’s attorney’s, including William, were promoted to membership.
