Betty Lou Maguire a 1983 graduate passed away at age 83 on February 4, 2014. Betty Lou graduated from West Liberty and practiced nursing at OVGH and retired as an RN from the Wheeling Clinic, where she worked in the Medical Department, mostly working with cardiology. Betty was a member of the Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, OVGH, and West Liberty University Alumni.
