Beth Spaziani, an English Language Arts teacher in Marietta, Ohio, was recently awarded an all-expenses-paid, five day-four night stay near London, England as one of the ten grand prize winners of Hilton Garden Inn’s “Life’s Ultimate To-Do List” Contest. In December 2012, Beth and her family visited many literary and historical hot-spots in London such as Westminster Abbey, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, the Tower of London, the Golden Hinde, Tower Bridge, Parliament, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, rode the London Eye and went boating on the Thames River. It was a wonderful adventure, and Beth hopes to share her experiences with her students.
