West Liberty University had a beautiful float in the “Fantasy In Lights” Wheeling Christmas parade on Friday, November 20, 2015. Representatives from each of the Colleges were invited to participate and ride on the float in this televised event. The crowd was entertained by the WLU cheerleaders and Topper the Bear as they walked alongside the float and interacted with the spectators.
