Dr. Sexton is a licensed professional clinical counselor in West Virginia and Ohio, supervisor, and educator with expertise in human sexuality, neurodiversity, trauma, and relationship therapy. As founder of Rivers and Roads Psychotherapy, LLC, she provides counseling, supervision, and psychological assessment while mentoring the next generation of clinicians. Her teaching integrates trauma-informed principles, experiential learning, and relational approaches to help students develop confidence, clinical competence, and an inclusive therapeutic perspective.
