Student invoices are sent to your WLU student email once per semester—typically in late July for fall and early December for spring—and continue through the last day to enroll or add classes.
Your invoice reflects your current class schedule and all charges and credits posted to your student account.
Statements of account are sent twice a month to your WLU student email. These statements provide an overview of your current financial obligations, but account activity can occur daily.
You can access your account 24/7 through WINs under the Student Accounts and Billing tab. Check your account regularly to stay up to date on your balance and any new charges.
Your financial obligations are your responsibility, even if you do not receive an invoice or statement. Past-due balances may result in late fees and holds and can affect your ability to:
- Register for classes
- Receive grades or transcripts
- Remain enrolled in classes
- Complete other University processes
The Business Office is here to help you understand your account and billing.
