Biography

As Director of Admissions, Michelle Panepucci leads enrollment strategy and oversees all aspects of admissions operations, including undergraduate recruitment and events, application management, data integrity, and admissions systems. With more than 25 years of experience in higher education, she demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a focus on streamlining processes to improve efficiency while supporting institutional goals. As a collaborative leader, she values building strong partnerships across campus and is committed to a student-centered admissions experience. She earned a Regents Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership degrees from West Liberty University. A native of Weirton, WV, she currently resides in Wheeling, WV with her husband and two children.
