Classes are underway for the Fall 2012 semester at the Gary E. West College of Business, and the faculty extends a warm welcome to new students, as well as a hearty welcome back to returning students. This semester, the full-time WCOB faculty and four professional adjunct instructors are offering 48 different classes in accounting, finance, information systems, statistics, economics, quantitative analysis, marketing, management, tourism and event planning, sports management, healthcare management, professional development, international business, business law, and entrepreneurship.
A four-year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is a key to a rewarding career with the opportunity to advance into positions of leadership. High school seniors, community college students, and adult learners considering attending a university or returning to complete a degree are invited to learn how a business major can help you focus on achieving your dreams.
High school students have a personal contact person in Recruiting Specialist Abby McCreery ([email protected]). A recent WCOB graduate, Abby can relate well to juniors and seniors engaged in the college search process. Transfer students and adult learners should contact Advisor and Placement Director Brianne Poilek ([email protected]) to discuss credits and career opportunities. Brianne has several years’ experience in helping students identify a major, class scheduling, and job placement.
