FCA’s “The Truth” – Facing Doubt

By Meagan Ford, Contributing Writer

Message to the Public:

Each Tuesday, the leaders of FCA help in bringing together old and new members through the teaching of the Bible. Each week there are new faces that continue to show up after getting that first taste of what FCA is all about. It’s okay to have doubts about FCA, about your religion, or maybe your identity, but come to FCA and you will meet a number of great people going through the same struggles as you and who have committed to handing their problems over to God.

FCA combines the same enthusiasm for Christ as a traditional church service, with the dynamics of a student run congregation. Each lesson is shaped to relate the experiences of a typical college student to the messages of the Bible.

On Sunday, October 18, Valley Harley Davidson will host the 2nd Annual Zombie Ride at the Moundsville Penitentiary. For the event, riders and non riders are encouraged to ride to the Penitentiary and dress as zombies for a guided tour.

“The Zombie Ride was inspired by the recent infatuation with Zombies,” Valley Harley-Davidson Marketing and Event Coordinator Lindsey Utz said. “Melissa (Coffield), Marketing and Events Director, and I sat down and began brainstorming about how we could tie Zombies in with a motorcycle ride.”
