WL Soccer and Beta Rho Epsilon “Kick Cancer for Joey”

Last week, Beta Rho Epsilon and the West Liberty womenʼs soccer team came together for a special cause.

On Oct. 29, when the team hosted Shepherd in the home finale for the team, the sorority hosted a special event at the game called “Kick Cancer for Joey,” to help a local boy, Joey Cowher, a 12 year old who is suffering from Medulloblastoma.

Top 5 Books in the Country

It’s hard to pinpoint the “Top 5 Books” in America at any given moment. Popular social media site Goodreads.com keeps tabs on the reported most-read books by Goodreads users on any given week, plus the most popularly read books published on any given month. But that list is different than the list of bestselling books updated every hour by bookselling giant, Amazon. And that list is different than the New York Times Best Sellers List, which lists the top books sold the week previously by medium and genre.
