Assistant Professor of Mathematics



As a non-traditional student I started college at the Community College of Allegheny County in 1985 just to receive an Associates degree in English/Communications.  Early on I changed my major to Secondary Ed Math and continued my college education at Slippery Rock University for my BS in Secondary Ed in Math.  Next I attended California University of Pennsylvania for my Masters Degree in Math Education while teaching math at CCAC.  I was hired as the Developmental Math Specialist at WLU in 1998 at which time I continued to take classes at WVU towards my doctorate in Math Ed.

Interests and Hobbies:

Our main hobbies are boating and camping.  The most stressful fall hobby is maintaining the #1 Steelers Fan spot on campus.
