From the moment you inquire about the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Administration (BLA) program, you will receive personal academic attention to help you move through the BLA program and graduate successfully.

This program is unique because:

  • The courses apply topics to for-profit and non-profit organizations.
  • The courses were designed specifically forthis program and for the needs of leaders.

Currently, students can start the BLA program twice a year at three different locations in Wheeling, Weirton and New Martinsville. Students join and then move through the entire 36 semester hour program with the same classmates, one course at a time. Three-credit hour courses meet five weeks and are supplemented with an online component, that everyone is taught to use in the Introduction course.

You May Be Interested in the Program If:

  • You are at least 23 years old.
  • You want to finish the bachelor’s degree you started.
  • You pursue the degree to give you more employment options, to be a good role model for your children, you’re a lifelong learner, or whatever your reason may be! Your reason is the right reason.
  • You want to develop as a leader personally and/orprofessionally.
  • You have 60+ semester hours of credit.
  • You have at least a 2.0 G.P.A. in previous college work.

West Liberty may accept a maximum of 72 semester hours from two-year accredited colleges. The remaining 48 hours must be earned at four-year accredited colleges. Work credit may be used to fulfill a portion of these hours.
