A. To ensure well-qualified candidates and competent graduates, the following qualifications for the Master of Arts in Education Degree Program have been established. For unconditional admission, the applicant must:
- Complete the Application for the Master of Arts in Education
- Provide official transcripts for all undergraduate and graduate courses
- Hold a baccalaureate degree with a minimum 2.50 GPA from a regionally accredited institution
- Have a combined score of 800 (Verbal and Quantitative) on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) prior to November 2011, a combined score of 300 (Verbal and Quantitative) on the GRE if take after November 2011, OR a scaled score of 378 on the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) — International student applicants must submit update GRE or MAT scores prior to admittance.
